- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
Habits of Work Required for the Role:
- Building Relationships with Educators and Partners: Building strong and lasting relationships with educators and partners virtually and in person is at the heart of this role. The MCP model and curriculum solution work best when the implementation approach is tailored to the unique context of the teacher and the partner. Frequent, seasonal travel–especially during August-November–is a required part of building relationships because our partners are conducting work in person.
- Strong Follow-Through: Executing assigned tasks and commitments on stated timelines is essential to building and maintaining trusting relationships with educators and partners and supporting the success of our team’s goals.
- Attention to Detail in High Volume Work: From Salesforce data entry to planning every minute of a classroom visit, a keen attention to detail and high level of organization is required for every part of this role.
- Empathetic and Dynamic Communicator: Through excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to diverse groups of educators, this role embodies first-in-class customer service, respecting and understanding of the unique experiences of K-12 educators.
- Dynamic and Resourceful Learner: Identifies and anticipates problems and leverages resources to creatively problem solve.
- Ability and Willingness to Collaborate Across Teams: Works flexibly across teams to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination to meet the needs of the organization and the educators we serve.
